Requests for compulsorily disclosed information pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll. – Remedial Measures, i.e. appeals again decisions rejecting a request or complaints against the procedure for handling a request for information are submitted within 15 days of delivery of the decision to Prague City Tourism, Žatecká 110/2, 110 00 Prague 1. The Company’s board of directors decides about the appeal. There is no appeal against the decision on the appeal. The decision is reviewable by the court. Complaints against the provider’s procedure in handling a request for information within the meaning of Section 16a of the Act on Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as the “complaint”) are submitted to Prague City Tourism, Žatecká 110/2, 110 00 Prague 1.
